All the staff and trustees wish you good health and good spirits, and are looking forward to welcoming you back to The Poly when brighter days return. In response to the kind messages and acts of support we’ve received since our closure on 16th March, we’ve been busy putting in place a range of options to make it easier for you to support The Poly during our closure, alongside a unique way for us to say ‘thank you'. Every penny you give is truly appreciated.
We will remain closed until official guidance recommends it is safe for us to reopen. It is still too early for us to give an indication of when this might be. Our primary concern will always be the health and safety of our audience, volunteers, staff, members, and the communities we serve, and our commitment to this is unwavering.
During this period we’re operating with a very reduced staff team and observing homeworking guidance as much as possible. Mailboxes and voicemails are being monitored, but please bear with us if your query takes a little longer than usual to be answered. Thank you for your patience - we will get back to you.
All future events are postponed until further notice. We continue to work behind the scenes with our artists, performers and promoters to reschedule dates and share the ways they are making their work available to you at home. Existing tickets will be valid for all new dates and we will be in touch as updates become available.
We have emailed everyone with tickets for the affected events. If you booked your tickets in person at the box office, we might not have your contact details - please get in touch on email@example.com. If you would prefer to call on 01326 319461, please do leave a message - we will get back to you.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who is supporting The Poly during our closure through donating tickets, taking credit notes or joining as members. We have been deeply moved by the kind messages and acts of support we have received. We wanted a way to say thank you, so have launched a new campaign to keep all our spirits up - our Windows of Thanks. Find out all the ways you can support The Poly and be part of our Windows of Thanks here >>
We do understand that in these uncertain times you might need to request a refund. Refunds take just a few moments by phone but can only be done from the office, which is being visited once or twice a week. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction number and phone number, and we will call you to process your refund on our next visit to the office.
Monday - Open 5pm for evening screenings
Tuesday - Saturday - 10am to close (dependent on evening events)
Sunday - closed

We add a £1 Poly Fund levy to each ticket to our events, courses and workshops which is donated directly to our registered charity fund. This fund helps to to safeguard the future of our grade II* Listed Building, and enables us to continue to support both our local community, and improve your experience here at The Poly.
A £0.50 ticketing system charge applies to all tickets bought online and over the phone. As a charity, we charge this fee to cover the costs from our system provider - we don’t charge this to make a profit.
We do not offer refunds on films, live events or workshops. If the event you were attending is sold out and we are able to re-sell your tickets to another customer, we can issue you a credit note for the ticket price only (excluding any booking fees and Poly Fund.)
If you have purchased a place on one of our regular pottery courses, we may be able to move you onto a course on a later date at the manager's discretion, provided it is being run again. We are happy to refund or exchange any retail purchases made through our Guild shop within 30 days, on proof of a valid receipt.
We are located in the centre of the town at 24 Church Street, Falmouth TR11 3EG.
By car - the closest car parks to The Poly are at Well Lane, Church Street and at Events Square.
By train - the nearest station is Falmouth Town, which is approximately 15 minutes walk away.
The Poly is a listed building and disabled access is extremely limited. We regret that the building is not currently accessible for wheelchair users. We are working hard to enable access for all.
If you (or someone for whom you are an essential carer for) have other needs, we will do our best to make your visit to The Poly easier and enjoyable. Please contact a member of staff on 01326 319461, or send an email to email@example.com to discuss your visit and your needs.
We offer a complimentary ticket to essential carers accompanying a person with disabilities, please contact our Box Office to arrange this. Please note that the complimentary ticket will incur a £1.00 Poly Fund levy.
