POSTPONED: Beginners Pottery Handbuilding course

Unfortunately, this course has been postponed following careful consideration of the current course of the Covid-19 pandemic, please see here for information.

Taking part in our six-week beginner's course is the perfect introduction to ceramics. Handbuilding is one of the oldest forms of pottery, allowing you to make pots, bowls, plates and more, using just your hands and basic tools.

Learn techniques like pinch pots, coil pots and slab making at your own pace, with the help of our head potter Karl Owen! There’s no need for previous experience, and all the materials you’ll need are included.

This is a six-week course, taking place in our on-site pottery studio on Monday evenings from 18:30 to 20:30.
