Volunteers
Do you have time to spare? Do you want to do what you can to help get The Poly up and running again? Are you keen to meet new people?
If so then please consider volunteering whatever time you can spare to help out at The Poly. We're looking for people to help in the following areas:
Front of House: Meeting and greeting people coming into The Poly for films and live events.Box Office: Selling tickets on our box office system to members of the public.Hospitality: Looking after performers and speakers if they have come from out of county.Programming: Working with the RCPS to programme the very best events at The Poly.Administration: Helping with administrative tasks for The Poly.PR and marketing: Assisting with promoting events taking place at The Poly and helping build our membership.Technical: Assisting with technical equipment and support for auditorium events.Galleries: Helping and working with exhibitors at The Poly.
Why volunteer?
Right now, more than ever, The Poly needs volunteers to bring this wonderful space back to life. With the support of the community we can see The Poly emerge as a wonderful and thriving historical, scientific and cultural hub once more.
As well as playing a vital role in securing the future of one of Falmouth's greatest assets, you'll join a diverse community of volunteers, meet interesting people, and be invited to attend special volunteers events and parties.
